What do we do for our clients?

We specialize in improving people's lives through credit restoration while helping them build bright, new futures for tomorrow by showing them in how to use their credit wisely!

How does PointGain do this?

First, we carefully review our client's personal credit files held by each of the three credit reporting agencies, Experian, Trans Union, and Equifax. Next, we identify any and all accounts that contain information that creditors may consider to be adverse. We then dispute all accounts that contain inaccurate, erroneous, and obsolete information on our client's behalf and have those accounts deleted or updated accordingly. Finally, we counsel our clients on how to avoid future negative credit listings while educating them with helpful tips on how to use their credit to their advantage. It is imperative that consumers use their credit as a tool, not as a means. Our highly trained staff of consultants will provide the tools our clients need to achieve this goal.

How long will this process take?

Our clients will receive results in as little as 45 business days. All updates will be mailed to our clients directly from each credit reporting agency. This is an effort to protect the privacy or our clients while keeping them informed of all happenings. Our clients will have the purchasing power they desire within the period of time set forth by their personal consultant during your one-on-one consultation. The total time this process will take depends on the number of accounts that contain adverse information in addition to how quickly the client forwards their results to us.

What if deleted items reappear on one's credit report?

It is very rare for a negative listing recently deleted to reappear. The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) requires that the credit bureau inform you before they re-report a previously deleted listing. The FCRA also makes it more difficult for credit bureaus to re-report listings. Because of these factors, it is very rare for listings to be placed back on our client's credit report once they have been deleted by our research team. If an item is re-reported, it is a simple matter to challenge the listing again at a future time to press for permanent deletion, at no additional charge.

Does paying off old debts repair one's credit?

No. You would think so. However, the credit reporting system does not work that way. When a client pays an old debt, the negative credit listing does not disappear. In fact, the date of last activity for that account is updated to reflect the client's last payment which could further drop their credit rating. Now, instead of that account reporting as a collection or charge-off, a paid collection or paid charge-off will be reported, thus, updating the date of last activity which could possibly drop one's credit rating. Each individual's credit report is a history of his or her credit life and it will continue to show past negative incidents, unless they work to restore their credit at the same time. This is what PointGain specializes in! We understand the importance of one's purchasing power and realize that while one might have adverse information on their personal credit file, this alone does not necessarily attest to the character and credit worthiness of that individual.

How can I start building my credit?

Responsible use of a credit card builds a good credit rating, marking the consumer as mortgage-worthy. But people who have never had credit or need to repair a poor credit history may not qualify for a regular credit card. For them, a secured credit card may be the only way to establish, or re-establish, credit. PointGain would like to help you start building your credit with the Eufora Pre-Paid Mastercard.
